Community Impact

The Healing Our Kids & Community initiative aims to improve access to mental and behavioral health services for youth in Northern Nevada. This initiative focuses on raising awareness, reducing stigma, and enhancing family support systems to foster mental health and well-being. By combining play-based programming and preventative care, we are offering a whole health approach to help children and families thrive.

A Partner in Healing Our Community

The Mallory Foundation, established by Jean Mallory in honor of her family’s legacy of innovation and community stewardship, is a philanthropic organization dedicated to strengthening communities in Nevada. A longstanding supporter of Carson Tahoe Health, the Foundation has played a transformative role in advancing healthcare initiatives in our region, including CTH’s Behavioral Health Adult Crisis Center in Carson City in 2012. Today, their generosity continues to fuel prevention-focused programs that support the mental health and well-being of our local youth.
