Vehicles of Change
Rolling into resilience
Kids and families are overwhelmed by today’s mental health crisis.
Through isolation and the pressures of social media, they are carrying burdens they were never meant to bear.
At Carson Tahoe, we’re taking bold action by delivering care into the community through our mobile outreach program. Vehicles of Change offers holistic support to youth and families by turning proven therapies into engaging, play-based programming.
We build resilience, connection, and confidence, equipping kids with tools they need for today and their future well-being.

Play It Forward
Play is powerful. Through games, role-play, and imagination, kids practice communication, teamwork, and problem-solving in ways that feel natural and fun. Even when challenges arise, play helps them build resilience and discover new ways to handle tough moments.

Sound Ideas
From music to podcasting, kids explore sound as a tool for expression and connection. They learn to listen, share their voices, and create together—building confidence, creativity, and a sense of belonging.

Eat, Play, Love
Food is more than fuel—it’s a pathway to focus, balance, and joy. Through hands-on cooking, playful challenges, and shared meals, kids explore new tastes, discover what makes them feel strong, and learn how food supports both body and mind.

Art In Motion
Art gives kids a safe space to explore feelings and express themselves without words. Whether through painting, crafting, or movement, creative projects nurture self-worth, spark imagination, and offer calm in the midst of big emotions.
Hit the road with us
We’re extending healing beyond the clinic through Vehicles of Change, bringing care, connection, and creativity directly into the community. Come visit us at one of our upcoming events—and check back often for more opportunities to join in.
